Job Summary
Mental Health Professional/Specialist providing psychosocial rehabilitation services to adolescent and adult clients under LMHP supervision. Responsibilities include delivering PSR services, facilitating goal development, enhancing social and interpersonal skills, building support networks, developing daily living skills, supporting self-management of psychiatric symptoms, crisis intervention, timely documentation within 24 hours, attendance at trainings and supervision, active participation in team care planning, contributing to Performance Improvement initiatives, effective communication with clinical/administrative staff, assessing recipient status, and coordinating weekly community resources. Requires licensable field degree (Bachelor's or Master’s) and 21+ years of age; hybrid work arrangement in Lafayette, LA (United States).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana Driver's License
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Services, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Secondary Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, or Human Growth and Development; OR a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with a minor in Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology; Be 21 years of age or older.
