Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions; maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; collaborate with care teams; ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards; participate in supervision (as applicable by licensure); engage in crisis intervention, case management, and development of individualized service plans; deliver trauma-informed, person-centered, and psycho-educational interventions; facilitate collaboration with school personnel, social services, and juvenile justice representatives; present case updates in formal settings (e.g., FAPT meetings, IEP sessions, court appearances).
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Licensure/Certification: Current QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure (e.g., Resident in Counseling, Supervisee, Associate license).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with the identified population.
