Job Summary
Conduct asynchronous text therapy and 40-minute video consultations with clients to support their mental health challenges. Engage in continuous therapeutic monitoring, create a safe environment for expressing thoughts, and guide clients toward resolution using effective techniques. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Provide daily availability to respond to messages and participate in ongoing professional development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed or accredited to provide chat or online therapy in Russia
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Availability to reply to client's messages every day
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in providing therapeutic services in a chat or text-based format (desirable)
