Job Summary
Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management while maintaining a patient caseload within established treatment guidelines. Develop treatment plans that identify patient voice, strategies, and specific outcome measures. Meet agency documentation standards and authorization requirements of contracts. Strategically tailor clinical and case management services to meet diverse patient needs. Contribute to MultiCare expectations and core values through continuous learning and performance of assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in a related field
- A Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724
- One of these higher credentials: Counselor Agency Affiliated Licensed, Marriage & Family Therap Assoc (LMFTA), Mental Health Counselor Assoc (LMHCA), SW Associate Advanced License (LSWAA), SW Advanced Lic (LASW), SW Assoc Independent Clinical Lic (LSWAIC)
