Mental Health Professional (MHP)

Implement individualized treatment plans and provide individual or group psycho-social rehabilitation therapy as assigned by the behavioral health team. Actively participate in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and emergency clinical issues including psychiatric hospitalization facilitation. Monitor and manage assigned consumers through daily program activities, vocational observation, and personal care tasks such as toileting and feeding. Complete clinical documentation, present information to the Behavioral Health Team, and attend all consumer caseload meetings. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; no weekends. Requires BA/BS in Psychology/Counseling or BSW, valid Illinois driver's license, and successful background checks.
