Job Summary
Mental Health Counselor will work on the Mental Health Unit of a Juvenile Detention Facility in Miami, performing individual and group therapeutic interventions, conducting administrative consults for social services, and assisting in planning and implementing program goals. Responsibilities include participation in in-service trainings, orientation of new staff, and preparation of necessary documentation and reports; requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist to assess and make treatment decisions and provide mental health treatment.
