Job Summary
Conduct direct clinical services, including mental health screenings, assessments, and treatment plan completion. Deliver individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation while managing sick call requests and referrals. Complete clinical documentation in CorEMR and support pre-release planning for CalAIM-eligible individuals. Provide training and consultation to facility staff on 5150/5250 mechanics, Title 15, and BSCC Standards. This part-time role requires a Master's degree and active licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to serve underserved populations with non-judgmental compassion.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related mental health discipline
- Licensed or license-eligible in the State of practice – e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist
- Must maintain all licensures, certifications, continuing educational requirements, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of experience preferred
- Experience with substance use disorders and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) preferred
