Job Summary
This role requires independent clinical thinking and strong organizational skills to oversee treatment plans, manage staffing schedules, and guide program staff in client development plans. The Mental Health Professional will also be responsible for hiring, training, managing team performance, and complying with financial protocols. A Master's degree in behavioral science and a year of experience in human services are mandatory, with a focus on working with adults with severe mental illness.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral science.
- One year (2,000 hours) of full-time experience in human services.
- Previous experience in staff training.
- Experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Experience or knowledge of co-occurring for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
