Job Summary
Provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to adolescent and adult clients under the supervision of an LMHP, including crisis intervention, developing treatment goals, and enhancing social, daily living, and self-management skills. Deliver PSR services, identify triggers, connect clients to community resources, support daily functioning, document services within 24 hours, and participate in team planning and performance-improvement initiatives. Maintain communication with clinical/administrative staff and assist in coordinating care for the population served; positions include both full- and part-time opportunities in Opelousas, LA with hybrid remote option.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Services, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Secondary Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, or Human Growth and Development; OR Have a Master's Degree with a minor in Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology; Be 21 years of age or older.
