Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students in a school-based setting as part of a treatment team; collaborate with school personnel and leadership to deliver therapy services designed to reduce emotional and behavioral barriers to learning; manage a smaller caseload with more frequent services, while following a school-day schedule; participate in supervision and continuing education; leverage productivity-based bonus opportunities and sign-on bonuses; enjoy comprehensive benefits as a full-time employee; opportunities to work within a model program serving preschool through high school students.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Mental Health professional (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience/interest in school-based or pediatric mental health settings
- Ability to provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Ability to collaborate with school personnel and treatment teams
- Schedule aligned with school calendar and flexibility for breaks
- Strong communication and case management skills
