Job Summary
Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques. Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients. Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability. Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment. Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.
