Job Summary
Conduct MST assessments, review referrals, and analyze systemic strengths and weaknesses while maintaining a caseload of 4–6 families. Engage caregivers in change-oriented treatment, implement the MST Analytic Process, and provide direct clinical treatment using trauma-informed, person-centered practices. Document efforts clearly to ensure compliance with MST Principles and collaborate with relevant systems to maintain treatment alignment. Participate in training, supervision, and professional development. Requires 20%–100% travel across multiple counties, PC proficiency, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Master's degree and licensure required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure required: LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
- Travel is required as part of this role's duties (20%–100% per day) across Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, and Rockwall Counties
