Mental Health Professional - Canon McMillan School District - Full Time

Develop and facilitate assessments, therapeutic interventions, and treatment plans for patients meeting outpatient or partial hospitalization criteria. Adhere to regulatory requirements while ensuring effective service delivery through clinical decision-making and continuous documentation. Act as a liaison to professional services and community programs, referring patients as needed. Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement activities, and internal meetings. Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, Act 34, and criminal background clearance standards. This role supports the outpatient treatment program within Allegheny Health Network, serving patients with mental health diagnoses through a continuum of care.
