Job Summary
Inpatient psychiatric clinical role providing acute behavioral health care as part of an integrated treatment team. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, individual and family sessions, group therapy, safety planning, discharge planning, aftercare follow-up, and liaison with community agencies. Reports to Social Service Supervisor in the Social Service Department; requires Master's Degree in Social Work, BLS, and CPI training within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter. Schedule is part-time (24 hours/week) with a dayshift (08:00–16:30) at John Muir Health’s Concord location.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- 1 year Behavioral Health - Inpatient or Residential Treatment
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training - Required within 30-days of hire and renewal annually or within 30-days of return from a leave of absence
