Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions while delivering trauma-informed, psycho-educational interventions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation per licensing and Medicaid standards, ensuring continuity of care. Coordinate Individualized Service Plans with stakeholders and collaborate with school personnel, social services, and juvenile justice representatives for cohesive client management. Facilitate crisis intervention to help clients stabilize and navigate support systems. Present case updates in formal settings such as FAPT meetings, IEP sessions, and court appearances. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience working with the identified population
- Current QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure (e.g., Resident in Counseling, Supervisee, Associate license)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete background checks and credential verification
