Job Summary

Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. Engage family members in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques. Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care. Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies. Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field
  • 2 years experience in a related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must complete background checks and credential verification
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

  • Master's degree
