Job Summary

Conduct behavioral health assessments, provide individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions, and assist youth in developing coping skills within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Monitor progress toward treatment goals, manage crisis response and de-escalation, and collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and community providers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, support discharge planning, and participate in required trainings and supervision. This role requires a Nevada LMFT, CPC, or intern license, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification. Located in Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada, the position offers Blue Cross Blue Shield Platinum medical insurance, PTO after 90 days, and paid training. Bamboo Sunrise supports youth in overcoming trauma and achieving successful community integration.

Required Qualifications

  • Nevada license or intern license (LMFT, LMFT-I, CPC, or CPC-I)
  • Valid Nevada driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass all required background checks
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain after hire
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Trauma-informed care practices
  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
  • Clinical assessment and treatment planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Professional documentation and record-keeping

  • Experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, or psychiatric settings

  • Knowledge of child welfare systems and trauma-informed care
  • Experience working with high-acuity youth
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation
