Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family sessions for clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and progress notes while collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams and participating in regular case meetings. Provide immediate crisis support, coordinate safety plans with emergency services, and engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new referrals. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and stay current with emerging treatment modalities through ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Registered Intern (RMHCI)
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
- Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Supervisor (LMFT-S)
- Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or families
