Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Provide consistent care management, coordinate health promotion, and ensure regular follow-up to monitor client progress. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and treatment plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in regular treatment meetings. Engage in community outreach to promote services, connect individuals with additional resources, and provide immediate crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary. Stay current with best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Registered Intern (RMHCI)
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
- Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Supervisor (LMFT-S)
- Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or families
