Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Provide consistent care management, coordinate health promotion, and ensure regular follow-up to monitor client progress. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and treatment plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in regular treatment meetings.
