Job Summary
Conduct formal clinical assessments for newly admitted clients and provide diagnostic assessments alongside individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Develop and oversee treatment plans while delivering crisis assessment and stabilization services as clinically necessary. Maintain accurate clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in full compliance with licensure standards. Build strong relationships with local providers, advocacy groups, and support systems to implement agency goals. This part-time role builds toward full-time status within the national network of Chimes, serving a diverse population across the entire age and diagnostic spectrum.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work) for mental health therapists
- Clinical Practicum must be completed
- Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 clearance
- FBI clearance
- Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
- Part-Time, building a caseload to Full-Time status
Desired Qualifications
- License Preferred - LPC, LCSW or LMFT
