Job Summary
Outpatient Therapist provides diagnostic assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy to a diverse client population, with responsibilities including developing and overseeing treatment plans, crisis assessment and stabilization as needed, and delivering clinically indicated services in accordance with licensure standards. The role involves maintaining clinical documentation, collaborating with local providers and client support networks, and ensuring compliance with training and licensure requirements. Schedule is part-time with potential to build toward full-time status; the position is based in Easton, PA and delivered on-site, with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic practices and comprehensive care coordination within the program’s mental health services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work) for mental health therapists
- Clinical Practicum must be completed
- License Preferred - LPC, LCSW or LMFT
- Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 clearance, FBI clearance, Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
