Job Summary

Deliver adult mental health assessments and occupation-based interventions within a mobile outpatient model, developing measurable treatment plans that support functional independence. Maintain a minimum of 22 completed client sessions per week through proactive scheduling and caseload ownership, providing comprehensive assessment and functional mental health treatment while connecting clients with community resources. Complete accurate documentation within 24–48 hours and participate actively in supervision and ongoing professional development. This salaried, full-time position requires an active Oregon OT license and Oregon residency, with a 36-hour week structure designed for steady predictability and meaningful long-term growth in a specialized mental health practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing (Oregon)
  • Active Oregon OT license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Clear background check
  • Eligible for insurance panel credentialing
  • Oregon residency
  • Live in Portland, Oregon
  • Be in the Portland metro area
