Job Summary
Deliver safe, patient-centered, and evidence-based nursing care to patients experiencing mental health disorders, psychiatric illnesses, emotional disturbances, and behavioral challenges. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, execute therapeutic interventions, manage medications, and provide crisis intervention while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and improve patient outcomes. Operate within inpatient psychiatric units, consultation-liaison psychiatry services, emergency psychiatry, outpatient behavioral health clinics, and specialized mental health programs in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and professional nursing standards.
Required Qualifications
