Job Summary
Lead a team and manage resources to deliver projects improving mental health service integration across the ACT. Build strategic partnerships with policy makers, service providers, and community members to identify gaps, monitor trends, and evaluate outcomes against the Regional Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Plan. Design integrated care models that improve access and coordination while overseeing service contracts and commissioning activities.
