Job Summary
Lead weekly group facilitation sessions (28 hours weekly) using Charlie Health’s evidence-based curriculum; deliver psychoeducation across age groups 8-64; collaborate with treatment teams; document within 24 hours; require Master’s-level credentials and Oregon eligibility for telehealth group care; remote, full-time schedule with PST availability; utilize modalities including DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI; role focuses on group mastery in a clinical telehealth setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Must currently reside in and be legally eligible to work in the state of Oregon
- Demonstrated proficiency across multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and experience in intensive treatment settings
- Caseload: ability to work with a diverse population and age ranges from 8-64
- Telehealth savvy with reliable high-speed internet
- Professionalism with group-based treatment and appropriate boundaries
