Job Summary
Masters-credentialed mental health professional to lead adolescent/young adult group telehealth sessions using a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI). Responsibilities include onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly supervision check-ins, prompt communication, curriculum review, arriving early to groups, facilitating sessions with engagement and camera-on culture, collaborating with care teams, maintaining timely documentation, upholding ethics and confidentiality, and performing other duties. Part-time, 1099 role with remote telehealth delivery and state background checks as required; eligible degrees listed in the program’s offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in mental health
- Experience facilitating groups
- Ability to conduct telehealth sessions
- Familiarity with telehealth software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom)
- Willingness to complete background checks as required by state laws
