Mental Health Group Facilitator - VA

Remote, part-time group therapy facilitator role focusing on adolescents and young adults. Facilitate groups for ~1 hour per session using Modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing within a telehealth framework. Responsibilities include onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly check-ins with a Group Quality Supervisor, prompt communication via email/Slack, reviewing curriculum prior to group start, arriving early to sessions, maintaining group engagement and cohesion, following Charlie Health best practices, collaborating with the Treatment Team, ensuring treatment notes are completed within 24 hours, and maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality. Requires availability late afternoons/evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT) and Saturdays. Master’s degree in mental health or related field, experience with youth, and comfort with telehealth and video platforms are necessary. Part-time 1099 role with benefits for full-time exempt employees as noted; background checks for certain states may be required.
