Mental Health Group Facilitator - TN

Remote part-time telehealth group facilitator role for adolescents and young adults. Facilitates hour-long groups using a variety of modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI). Requires a Master's degree in mental health, experience working with youth, strong telehealth skills, and the ability to collaborate with the care team, supervisors, and families. Duties include onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly check-ins with a Group Quality Supervisor/Director, prompt communication, reviewing curriculum, arriving early to groups, maintaining documentation within 24 hours, and participation in treatment team activities. Numerous state background checks may be required per jurisdiction (background checks paid by Charlie Health). Part-time 1099, remote role with emphasis on delivering virtual behavioral health care.
