Job Summary
Mental Health Group Facilitator to provide remote, telehealth group treatment for adolescents and young adults. Requires a Master’s degree in mental health or related field and experience facilitating groups. Responsibilities include onboarding, monthly supervision, prompt communication, reviewing curricula, arriving early to groups, facilitating hour-long sessions across age cohorts, following Charlie Health best practices, collaborating with the Treatment Team and care staff, maintaining timely documentation, and upholding ethics and confidentiality. Part-time 1099 role with remote telehealth delivery; must be able to work late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays. Proficiency with telehealth platforms (Zoom, Gmail/Slack/Dropbox) and state background checks are required. Training and onboarding completed within 2 weeks of start; background checks paid by Charlie Health in applicable states. Key modalities include DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI; MI certification a plus. A diverse, collaborative care environment focused on adolescent and young adult mental health.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field required
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Well versed in a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Skilled in conducting group treatment
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Creative and engaging, especially over video
- Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
- Reliable WIFI connection
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes software
