Job Summary
Facilitate adolescent and young adult group therapy sessions via telehealth, delivering a range of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR) and maintaining engagement and cohesion.Responsibilities include onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly check-ins with a Group Quality Supervisor/Director, prompt communication, reviewing curriculum before group start, arriving early to lead hour-long sessions, following Charlie Health best practices, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring treatment notes are completed within 24 hours. Requires availability for late afternoons/evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT) and Saturdays. This is a part-time, 1099 role with remote delivery of services; must be comfortable using Zoom, Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, EMR and outcomes survey software. Eligible master’s degrees in various mental health disciplines are listed, and state background checks are required for client visibility. A values-driven, telehealth-focused clinician who can work across age groups, maintain professional ethics, and contribute to a collaborative treatment team is sought.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Well versed in a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus)
- Passionate about group treatment
- Skilled in conducting group treatment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Creative and engaging, especially over video
- Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
- Reliable WIFI connection
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) in addition to EMR and outcomes survey software
