Job Summary
Remote, part-time role for a Master’s‐level mental health professional to facilitate adolescent/young adult group telehealth sessions using modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI within Charlie Health’s care teams. Responsibilities include onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly supervision, prompt communication, reviewing curriculum, arriving early to groups, facilitating sessions (~1 hour each), maintaining documentation within 24 hours, collaborating with care teams, and participating in supervision and treatment team activities. Requires strong telehealth delivery skills, ability to engage clients virtually, and adherence to confidentiality and professional ethics. Eligible master’s degrees listed in the organization’s program options are accepted; state background checks will be completed. This is a 1099, part-time remote role with evening/weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Well versed in a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
- Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting group treatment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Creative and engaging, especially over video
- Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
- Reliable WIFI connection
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes survey software
