Job Summary
Mental Health Group Facilitator to provide remote, telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults. Requires a Master's degree in mental health and experience facilitating groups; must be adept with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and able to run telehealth sessions, review curriculum, ensure engagement, and document notes within timelines. Role is part-time and remote (1099); must have reliable internet, be available evenings and Saturdays, and collaborate with the care team. Includes onboarding, supervision meetings, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Experience facilitating groups in a telehealth/virtual setting
- Proficiency with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
- Ability to conduct group treatment/training
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable internet and telehealth setup (video)
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes software
- Availability for late afternoons/evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
- Part-time 1099 contractor role
