Job Summary
Master’s-credentialed mental health professional to remotely facilitate adolescent/young adult group therapy via telehealth. Responsibilities include completing onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly check-ins with Group Quality Supervisor/Director, prompt email/Slack responses, reviewing curriculum prior to group start, arriving ~10 minutes early to lead each hour-long group, following Charlie Health group best practices and current curriculum, facilitating across age cohorts, fostering engagement and a camera-on culture, adhering to operational policies, collaborating with the Treatment Team and other care-leadership, ensuring timely treatment documentation within 24 hours, maintaining ethics and confidentiality, and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include availability in late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays (MT), Master’s degree in mental health or related field, experience with youth/young adults, proficiency in modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI (certification a plus), skill in delivering group treatment, strong teamwork, comfort delivering via telehealth, reliable internet, and familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes software. This is a part-time 1099 role with remote-only work; benefits noted for full-time exempt employees are referenced. Background checks for state clearance (e.g., Florida) are required and paid by Charlie Health. LI-Remote tag indicates remote eligibility.
