Job Summary
Remote group mental health facilitator role for adolescents and young adults; deliver telehealth group sessions using diverse modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI), review curricula, ensure notes within 24 hours, participate in Treatment Team and supervision, and collaborate with care teams. Responsibilities include onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly check-ins with Group Quality Supervisor/Director, prompt communication, early arrival for sessions, fostering client engagement and camera-on culture, and adherence to Charlie Health best practices and relevant standards. Part-time 1099 position requiring availability late afternoons/evenings (3-8pm MT) on weekdays and Saturdays; requires Master’s degree in mental health or related field, experience with youth/young adults, and comfort with telehealth and cloud-based tools.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Experience facilitating group treatment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Reliable WIFI
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox–in addition to EMR and outcomes survey software
