Job Summary
Remote telehealth Group Facilitator role focusing on adolescent and young adult clients. Facilitates all-group sessions (hour-long), adheres to Charlie Health best practices, reviews curriculum prior to group, ensures client engagement and camera-on participation, and collaborates with the Treatment Team and care colleagues. Responsible for onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly check-ins with Quality Supervisor/Director, prompt communication via email/Slack, timely documentation within 24 hours, and maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality. Requires a Master’s degree in mental health or related field, experience with youth/young adults, proficiency in modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus), and ability to deliver engaging, video-based group treatment; telehealth hardware/software literacy and strong remote-working capabilities. Part-time, 1099 contract with remote delivery, and background checks per state requirements (Florida fingerprinting noted).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field required
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Well versed in modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR)
- Ability to conduct group treatment
- Creative and engaging, especially over video
- Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes survey software
