Job Summary
Clean and maintain patient wards, bedrooms, bathrooms and support areas to the highest standards; perform vacuuming, mopping and general housekeeping across the Mental Health Unit; remove rubbish and waste safely; operate floor cleaning equipment with full training; follow Infection Control, Workplace Health and Safety and environmental services protocols; work collaboratively in teams of two to three staff to achieve daily cleaning objectives; communicate effectively with patients and hospital staff in a respectful manner; demonstrate honesty, integrity and professionalism while delivering high-quality cleaning services; available for 0800–1600 and 1100–1900 shifts; part-time permanent role in Joondalup, WA.
Required Qualifications
- National Police Check within the previous 12 months
- Working-With-Children Check if applicable
- Immunisation proof as required by role
