Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those with mental health/substance use challenges in community or home settings. Assist with identifying and communicating needs, implementing person-centered plans to achieve goals, maintaining health and safety procedures, assisting with development and community participation, and providing data collection and reporting support. Requires CPR/first aid, a valid drivers license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and a willingness to work varied full-time shifts in Statesville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid drivers license
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- CPR proficiency
