Job Summary

Mental Health Crisis Therapist role focused on crisis services for diverse age groups (children to elderly) in a non-remote, on-site setting. You will address crises in fast-paced environments, work within a supportive team, and report to the Manager of Acute Services. The position involves three 12-hour shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) with four consecutive days off, located in Louisville, CO. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and progressing licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) within 24 months, plus experience using crisis-focused modalities (DBT, CBT, ACT).
