Job Summary

Co-respond with law enforcement to individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral health crises, providing supportive counseling and rapid connection to community resources. Build trust with individuals facing significant challenges while coordinating care with providers and tracking response data. Collaborate closely with the NCSS Emergency Services Team and agency partners to navigate healthcare and social systems. This part-time role involves working non-traditional hours, primarily evenings and occasional weekends, with supervision toward licensure available for qualified candidates.
