Job Summary
Conduct live mental health sessions with adults, couples, or teens from a fully remote, private environment. Manage caseloads primarily through insurance clients while maintaining autonomy over clinical decisions and setting your own flexible schedule. Deliver therapy without supervision using a fully independent license, ensuring you have a professional setting and reliable internet access. Earn competitive hourly compensation with bonuses for early insurance client acquisition and maintain a continuous 30-hour weekly commitment for health stipends.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
- Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and can provide therapy without supervision
- A private and professional environment for conducting sessions
- Excellent written communication
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Reliable Internet connection
- Currently residing in the US
- Licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, New York, or Washington, D.C.
