Mental Health Counselor - Crisis Stabilization Center (Anchorage, AK) -Relocation Help Available

Support all aspects of clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center by providing direct client care services including assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and milieu therapy. Assist leadership in developing standards of practice, quality services, and new programs while serving as a resource for other clinicians through consultation, education, critical inquiry, and mentoring. Plan and provide client, family, peer, and community education, coordinating services with physicians and ARNPs responsible for client care. Follow an individualized performance development plan to maintain current knowledge and support program goals.
