Job Summary
Support all aspects of clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center by providing direct client care services including assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and milieu therapy. Assist leadership in developing standards of practice, quality services, and new programs while acting as a resource for other clinicians through consultation, education, and mentoring. Plan and provide client, family, peer, and community education while coordinating services with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Follow an individualized performance development plan to maintain current knowledge and support program goals.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Health related field
- Alaska Masters Social Worker License
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker License
- Alaska Professional Counselor License
- Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License
- Alaska Psychologist License
- 5 years Clinical experience
