Job Summary
Provide standardized clinical mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using principles of human development, learning therapy, psychotherapy, and group dynamics. Address normal living problems and treat psychopathic disorders while collaborating with medical professionals to address social risk needs. Utilize the area referral network for emergencies or advanced psychiatric assessment. Requires LCSW or LPCC licensure, excellent communication skills, and ability to work within a diverse Medical Neighborhood module of care.
Required Qualifications
- Behavioral Health Counselor licensure such as LCSW or LPCC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer knowledge
