Job Summary
Provides diagnostic assessments and determines client appropriateness for service, conducts intensive individual counseling sessions, develops and updates treatment plans, documents for billing and program compliance, initiates client service reports, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and provides case management and community resource linkage to support client progress. Requires licensure or eligibility in Ohio, a degree in Behavioral Science or related field, a valid Ohio driver’s license, CPR/First Aid training, and experience in counseling within outpatient or inpatient settings. Strong skills in documentation, treatment planning, and coordination of care are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed, or eligible for licensure, by the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board
- Degree in Behavioral Science or related field
- Valid Ohio Motor Vehicle License required and ability to maintain insurability
- Maintain CPR/First Aid training
