Job Summary
Mental Health Sr. Coordinator position at Allina Health in Saint Paul, MN. Provide direct physical care, emotional support, and educational resources to Mental Health patients under RN supervision; participate in patient care, develop and monitor treatment plans, facilitate therapeutic interventions, and respond to crisis situations. Role includes data collection and observation, safety and de-escalation, assisting with admissions/discharges, and collaboration with the care team to promote a safe, therapeutic milieu. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years in mental health care; BLS certification and Code Green within 60 days. Shift schedule includes day/evening 8-hour shifts, 0.8 FTE with every other weekend rotation; Part-time compensation range $26.01-$35.47 per hour (annualized: $54,101-$73,778). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social/psychological or related field
- 2 to 5 years experience in mental health/substance abuse patient care
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required
- Certified by American Heart Association or Allina BLS by completion of orientation
- Code Green within 60 Days required
