Job Summary
Oversee daily clinical operations by developing operational plans for facility policies and delegating tasks with regular clinical supervision. Deliver full-range mental health services including evaluations, group and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and psycho-educational groups while documenting all interactions in patient records. Ensure 24-hour coverage through on-call and on-site rotations, chair treatment teams to review inmate plans and forensic evaluations, and administer intellectual and personality assessments. Provide crisis intervention training to staff and participate in unit morning reports. Maintain positive relationships with Health Services, correctional staff, and administrative teams while complying with CFG Health Systems standards and time reporting protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid LCSW license in the state where services are rendered
- Experience in providing services in inpatient/outpatient environments
- Good interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Ability to interact with institutional staff, medical staff, and the agencies of the court
- Satisfactory background investigation
