Job Summary
Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches while maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation for a full-time outpatient caseload. Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff as needed, ensuring active licensure, continuing education, and adherence to ethical practice and HIPAA standards. Manage a diverse client population through client-matching scheduling technology that aligns caseloads with your expertise and interests, supported by full administrative, billing, and scheduling services. Participate in regular peer-to-peer case consultation meetings within a supportive clinical environment offering autonomy in treatment planning.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Independent status
- Master's degree or doctoral degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with HIPAA and Texas regulations
