Mental Health Clinician Supervisor - LPCC-S/IMFT-S

LPCC-S or IMFT-S supervisor in Ohio with clinical and billing supervision responsibilities for LPCs, LMFTs, and interns, while maintaining a small caseload of 4–5 clients per week. The role is hybrid, with opportunities to work virtually and from the Fairfield, OH office, and includes training opportunities across modalities such as DBT, EMDR/Trauma, child/adolescent, SUD, couples/IFS/Gottman. Strong emphasis on mentoring clinicians, ensuring quality client care, and leveraging back-office support within a private practice setting.
