Job Summary
Clinical role providing community-based mental health support and treatment, employing the Strengths Model to empower recovery. Duties include assessing and delivering targeted interventions for complex mental health needs, developing comprehensive care plans with consumers and families, contributing to primary/secondary/tertiary consultation, and ensuring accurate documentation of contacts, phase of care, outcomes, and diagnoses. Requires Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) registration, NMBA endorsement, and a postgraduate mental health qualification; offers full-time permanent position with benefits and development opportunities at St Vincent’s Health Australia in Melbourne, VIC.
Required Qualifications
