Mental Health Clinician - Mental Health Services

Conduct individual, group, couples, and family therapy for clients ages 50+ through in-person and telehealth modalities. Provide mental health assessment and diagnosis while maintaining timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record. Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and multi-disciplinary team communications to support older adult mental wellness. Work two evenings per week at the Little Neck, Queens office with up to two remote days weekly. Establish annual goals, complete evaluations, and submit required reports and data updates in accordance with agency standards and funder requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development and use program data to drive quality improvement efforts.
